Car Crashes into House
A Car Crashed into My Home
I had a dream last night where I was inside a dark house at night. I suddenly realize that a car has crashed into the house and that I had been a passenger in the car! The car is in front of me, and on my back I see my seven-year-old daughter’s hair mixed with blood. I was shocked and confused and did not know why her hair was there with all the blood!
Confused and scared.
Main Life Issues:

Daughter’s Hair: Hair, in general, can relate to thoughts or attitudes as an image of what comes out of one's head; image of daughter’s hair may relate to the vulnerable part of one’s own thinking and attitudes, due to recent trauma.
Blood: A metaphor for injury, emotional injury.

Car crashes into house: A home that is unexpectedly wrecked.
Seven year old: Metaphor for a seven year time span that may be related to an experience.
Daughter: Child as something fragile; a fragile part of self that was affected by a tragic event.
What it Means:
The dream portrays the pain you experienced when your husband abandoned you, which, like a car crash, wrecked your home and family. Your daughter is a symbol of you and how hurt you feel. The blood relates to the pain. Your daughter’s hair may symbolize your own painful thoughts (thoughts as what comes out of one's head) and may bring to your attention that your children also feel the pain and loss of their father.
Bottom Line: The dream is a mirror of recent events and how they have impacted your home and your emotions. It is not about any harm that will come to you or your daughter.
