1. The claim sounds too good to be true.
Claims are based on methods used for many years. Some techniques are not new, used as far back as the ancient Greeks. What is new is observing the mechanics of the unconscious and mapping them so that they can be understood and used. What is new are effective seminar tools to transmit those mechanics for general use. These are natural, default processes of the psyche, but which generally lie fallow. The claim is an ability to demonstrate how to use this natural stance of the mind, namely, accessing the unconscious to mine its problem-solving insights.
2. It sounds like hype. Can you deliver?
The stumbling block has not been whether these tools of the unconscious exist. Historical accounts and observation show that they do. The challenge has been to define the mechanics so that they can be mobilized. The mechanics are now mapped and clear learning applications developed by this presenter. All new horizons at first appear strange, but once visited, become easy to understand. The written guarantee allows a corporation to examine the claims at minimum risk. There is little to lose and much to gain.
3. Does it interfere with the psyche to try to get answers?
Not at all. It simply mobilizes mechanics already at work, which at the moment are used in a haphazard way, if at all. The default stance of mind and psyche is to problem solve, with the unconscious as a main feature, making it a natural partner to the waking mind. Methods simply mobilize natural mechanics. Noting the laws of aerodynamics and applying them to create airplanes added amazing capabilities to mankind. The same is true for noting the natural mechanisms of the mind and mobilizing them. They are there to be used. The choice is simply whether or not to use a tool already in place for that purpose.
4. Are there dangers to probing the unconscious?
There are natural safeguards between body and mind used by the psyche. For example, a person may at times deliberately overwork and intentionally refrain from sleep, but eventually falls asleep anyway. There is a point at which the psyche demands its rest and takes it. Mobilizing the psyche is a new horizon which implies there are unknowns. This is merely a tool, and as such, as safe and balanced as the user.
5. Can anyone learn to mobilize the unconscious?
As an inherent part of the mind's toolbox, mobilizing the unconscious can be accessed by most. The analogy is driving a car. If you can learn to drive a car, you can learn to mobilize the unconscious, and about as quickly. Some like to drive, others find it a chore, and there are those whose limitations prevent them from learning. Another analogy is musical or artistic ability. Many teachers claim anyone can draw or play music, but not everyone becomes a distinguished artist. Given variation in inclination and natural ability, some may take to mobilizing the unconscious faster and easier and enjoy it more. It is merely a tool, and as such, subject to the motivation, passion and interest of the user. Like a car, the method can take you further and faster toward insights and solutions than walking, the equivalent of using only the conscious mind.
6. What is the format of the seminars?
The seminars are a hands-on training session. There is theory, individual practice, and group exchange. Participants are asked to bring some dreams they may have had in the month previous to the seminar. To practice and demonstrate methods, they are primed to dream during seminar nights on specific topics of their choice.
7. Is there follow up?
Participants can walk away and apply methods successfully without additional coaching or mentoring, so additional follow up is not necessary. However, if desired, follow up is available in a number of ways. On-line feedback is available for individuals who might want input on a specific communication they received from the unconscious to enhance their own skills and understanding. Should an organization prefer on-going expert feedback for a limited time period, a group plan for one-on-one input can be made available.
8. How does the guarantee work?
Because an R&D breakthrough can consist of "a collection" of insights, of which one or more may lead to "a breakthrough", the presenter guarantees only "insights". Yet both insights and breakthroughs are entirely possible, once methods are used. Acting in good will, the presenter's goal is for participants to receive information helpful to their specific research.
The presenter and the organization sign a contract for the following. There are two training costs: (1) the participant training fee and (2) an administrative fee (approximately 10% plus travel costs). The administrative fee is non-refundable. Targeting the corporation's specific research topics, for ninety days following the seminar, attendees record communications from their unconscious as demonstrated during training. If no helpful insights are derived by any participant during that period, the organization should requests a full refund of participant fees.
Before issuing a refund, the presenter reserves the right to examine attendee journals to ensure correct evaluations were made by participants. If the presenter can demonstrate that specific insights did occur that escaped their attention and obtains willing agreement to that effect of attendee and organization, a refund will not be due. However, working from integrity and good faith, if amicable agreement is not reached, the presenter will issue a full refund (with no-litigation).
