Paralyzed
Title:
Feeling Paralyzed
THE DREAM:
Last night I had a nightmare. In the dream I watched myself and couldn’t move; I was freaking out and couldn’t scream for help, as if I had lost my voice and was going to die. It felt like someone was holding me in place. I tried hard to break free but couldn’t move. In my thoughts I screamed "Let me go!" and broke free. In the dream I ran to my mum and tried to wake her but she wouldn’t budge, then ran to my dad and he wouldn’t wake up either. I started to cry, it felt so real; I didn’t realize it was a dream until I woke up. This never happened before, I don’t know what is happening.
