It says there are many changes ahead, whether at work or other parts of life; the dream comes to prepare you for those changes. That does not mean changes will happen quickly; it can take a few years for all to unfold and happens naturally.

In the next scene I was looking in my bedroom mirror and as I closely examine my face, I see and feel my great-grandma's face in me. Throughout the dream I knew I was sleeping and that it was only a dream. A Lucid Dream is when you are dreaming and you realize you are dreaming. It is considered a higher level of awareness that can link you to the soul as an awakening of soul and spirit.
